General Terms and Conditions
1 Scope
(1) The following general terms and conditions ("GTC") govern the contractual relationship between Olena Danner (hereinafter: "we") and consumers who purchase goods in our shop.
2 Conclusion of contract
(1) All information regarding products, product features, and prices may be subject to errors. Our offer is subject to modifications.
(2) Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. It is your responsibility to notify us of any discrepancies between this confirmation and your order.
(3) Our acceptance of the contract is only confirmed upon the delivery of the goods.
3 Cancellation policy
(1) Commencement of the cancellation policy
You reserve the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any justification. The withdrawal period will conclude after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Olena Danner, Streustr. 126, 13086 Berlin, E-mаil shop(аt)vintageartberlin.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (such as a letter sent by post or email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory. To adhere to the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
(2) Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back. If the original shipping address was in Germany, we will reimburse the full purchase price, including the shipping fee incurred during the purchase. If the original shipping address was not in Germany, we will reimburse the total amount paid minus the shipping fee. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You must return or hand over the goods to Olena Danner, Streustr. 126, 13086 Berlin, without delay and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is caused by insufficiently safe packaging or if it is due to your handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

4 Delivery / Postage
(1) We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days upon receipt of payment. However, for certain items, this may take up to 5 working days. We will inform you in the event of delivery delays.
(2) Customs or import duties for deliveries of goods outside Germany
We do not have control over the charges imposed by recipient countries and are unable to anticipate their amounts. Customs regulations vary between recipient countries. For further information, please consult your local customs office. Please note that, as the importer, you are responsible for adhering to relevant local regulations.
5 Terms of payment
In our shop, you have the following payment options available:
(1) PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal.
(2) Bank Transfer
If you choose this payment option, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
6 Warranty
(1) The warranty is provided in accordance with legal regulations, whereby in the event of a defect in the goods, we will, at your choice, either replace the goods or remedy the defect. If the remediation fails or if the replacement goods are also defective, you can return the goods for a full refund of the purchase price or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price.
7 Miscellaneous
(1) The jurisdiction for disputes involving registered traders and deliveries abroad is Berlin. This applies if the contractual partner does not have a general jurisdiction within the EU. German law shall apply.
(2) Should any provision of the contract, including these general terms and conditions, become wholly or partially invalid, unenforceable, or ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
